I am aware that this may be a difficult time for you and you may have many questions about what to expect from counselling. I hope this site will give you a brief introduction to counselling and to the counselling service I provide.

I am a qualified professional BACP Accredited Counsellor offering remote counselling covering a wide range of issues to individuals and couples. I am also a BACP Accredited Supervisor, working with both student and qualified counsellors. I offer remote 1-1 supervision and run supervision groups specifically for counsellors working with couples. Prior to SCoPEd which was introduced in 2025 I held the title of Senior Accredited Counsellor 2010 - 2025 and Senior Accredited Supervisor 2013 - 2025.

I only offer remote working sessions for both Counselling and Supervision

Individual Counselling involves working on a one-to-one basis. I work with teenagers and adults.

I offer Remote Working sessions.

Couple counselling is for any two people within a relationship. For example married partners, civil partners, same sex couples, couples, parent/child or siblings

I offer Remote Working sessions.

1-1 and Group Supervision

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor. I hold a certificate in Supervision and offer Integrative and Person Centred Supervision to student and qualified counsellors

I offer Remote Working and in-person sessions.
